| Abstract: | Rural migrant workers have not been covered by the social security system for a long time.The cause is both a lag in the management systemand difficulties in raising money and outdated ideas.In this connection,the government should clear away the systematic obstacles,strengthen institutional improvement,exercise integrated management and provide netweork service. |
