Follow that felony!—an educational technique

To help the undergraduate student better understand the criminal justice system, the Society and Justice Program of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Washington offers a course in which the student traces the progress of a felon from just after arrest through the disposition of the case. This provides the student with an overview of the total system from a practical standpoint. Some of the benefits and difficulties are discussed.
