| 摘 要： | 潜伏性是思想政治工作效果的一个重要特征。由于对潜伏性重视和研究不足,导致评估思想政治工作效果时常常出现失真。本文从增强思想政治工作有效性视角出发,探讨思想政治工作效果潜伏性的形成原因、认识价值、激活措施三个问题,使人们对其形成初步的认识。
