| 摘 要： | 仲裁对效率有着特殊的要求。我国现行仲裁法律制度较好地体现了仲裁的效率价值,但在某些制度的设计中,仍存在缺陷,限制了仲裁效率的进一步提高。本文即对此进行了分析并提出了完善之策。
