| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家,法律监督是关键。我国现行的法律监督体系对我国当前的法制建设发挥着举足轻重的作用。但是,随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展,对法律监督提出了新的挑战。进一步提高认识,健全人大核心监督制度,完善国家监督和社会监督在内的法律监督体系,必将对我国的社会主义法治建设的理论和实践有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Abolishing the socialist state of the rule of law,Legal supervision is the key.The currently legal supervision of our country play the important role in the modernization of law.Yet the swift and violent development of economy in our country propose fresh challenge to the legal supervision.Amplify the National People's Congress core monitoring system,and improves country monitoring and the community monitoring statue monitoring setup,socialism rule of law building theory and the practice somewhat advantage that will surely adjust our country. |
