| Abstract: | China must take part in the process of globalization as a big country. However, it is necessary for China to make clear its primary standpoint and interests at first. It means that the participation in the process of globalization must not lead to the decrease of national interests and economic or political rights. An active participation in the industrial competition at the highest level requires a dynamic comparison of different intere- sts. The globalization must not hinder the development of national security. |
