| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校思想政治教育实效性不强问题较为突出,究其原因,不能真正贯彻和落实以人为本是根本症结所在。而提高高校思想政治教育实效性,其根本措施也正在于构建高校思想政治教育的人本机制。
