| 摘 要： | “风险是某一种事业预期后果估计中的较为不利的一面。”“风险就是一个事件产生我们不希望的后果的可能性。也就是说风险包括发生的可能性及其产生的后果两个方面。”以上两个定义大致代表人们对风险概念的两种不同看法。本文所指风险属于后者的范围。有的国外研究者将风险分为静态风险和动态风险。本文主要讨论静态风险。静态风险又称纯粹风险。从企业的角度 ,大致包括各种自然力或灾害事故造成的损失 ,各种犯罪或错误行为造成的损失 ,人的错误判断造成的损失 ,以及经营者的死亡、伤残等原因造成的损失等。风险管理过程有五个步骤 :风险确认 ;风险确定 ;为风险处理选择适当的手段和关于采取最佳手段的决策 ;实行所选的手段 ;对其效果的评价。风险对策与企业安全管理思路 :风险的回避 ;风险的转移 ;风险的分担 ;损失的控制 ;风险的承受

| Abstract: | People always have two kinds of conceptions about risks.The one in this article refers to the possibility one thing will lead to the results,unexpected by people.It is called static risk or pure risk.The process of risk management is risk definition,risk determination,choice and determination of best ways to correctly deal with risks,taking measures and the evaluation of the results.The basic thinking of the measures against risks and the security management of enterprises is the avoidance of risk,remove of risk,division of risk,control of losses and bearing of risk. |
