After our accession to WTO,the situation of social security in Guizhou province is faced with many problems.For ex-ample,stable factors exist side by side with unstable factors;the public anticipate social stability while weaken the consciousness of social responsibility.Faced with the opportunities and challenges of times,we should establish the mechanism of reserve police,perfect rules of law,regulation and the explanation of justice,train high-qualified personnel for public security organs as well.
