| 摘 要： | 在全球化趋势下,各国的经济发展需要相互合作、相互促进。为了保证公平贸易,WTO组织应运而生。本文主要分析了SCM协议的补贴与反补贴制度,以及SCM协议下的欧盟反补贴法,并从建立健全反补贴法律体系、加强管理和增加产业自身实力三方面探析了我国的战略取向。

| Abstract: | The economic development of different countries needs mutual cooperation and promotion against the background of globalization. To ensure fair trade, WTO emerged at the historical moment. This article mainly analyses WTO Agreement on subsidies and countervailing measures and EU anti-subsidy laws, and explores China's strategic orientation in terms of improving the anti-subsidy legal system, strengthening management and enhancing self strength of industries. |
