| 摘 要： | 经过四年的刑侦工作改革,上海已形成了市局刑侦总队、分(县)局刑侦支(大)队和责任区刑侦队三级工作体制,责任区刑侦队已基本实现垂直领导.现在面临的迫切任务是加强责任区刑侦队的专业化建设和规范化建设,以适应新的公安工作形势.

| Abstract: | After four - year reform of criminal detection work, Shanghai has formed the three - grade working system: the division of criminal detection of the municipality bureau, the detachment (group) of the branch (county), and the criminal detection team of the responsible district. The criminal detection team of the responsible district has basically realized the vertical leadership. Now the urgent task is to strengthen the professional and normal construction of the criminal detection team of the responsible district in order to adapt to the new situation of public security work. |
