| Abstract: | For a long time, there have been different points of view for inbeing of information, it exists that process-mechanism of military practice is not deeply studied. This paper discusses process-mechanism of military practice preliminarily from philosophic point of view. This plays some theoretical and practical roles on information war, building of information forces and achievement of duple missions. |
