| Abstract: | Economic globalization is the most notable character of the 21st century economy. China's entry into the WTO means its more all-round and deeper integration into the world economy trend . On the background of economic globalization Chinese banks will confront a fundamental reform of their management system , which is not only a result from its historic selection , but also a certain conclusion from its economic and legal analysis. |
