| 摘 要： | 油轮溢油事故一旦发生,后果往往不堪设想。国际上已形成了一套比较完善的油污损害赔偿机制。然而我国尚未建立专门的油污损害赔偿制度,种种弊端突显。我国亟待建立适合我国国情的油污损害赔偿机制,充分借鉴国际经验,逐步与国际接轨。

| Abstract: | If the accident of oil overflow happens, the subsequent is unbearable. A relatively perfect legal system of oil pollution compensation has been established in the international world. However, the special legal system hasn t been established in our country. Therefore different kinds of malpractices are obvious. It is necessary to establish the legal system of oil pollution compensation which is compatible with the condition of our country. We should absorb the experience from the international world and keep pace with it step by step. |
