一个城市的历史和文化是由城市中的历史文化遗产承载的,然而,在城市建设的驱动下,历史文化遗产遭到破坏的数量日趋上升。基于这一现象,各国学者和政府都力图从各个角度对与此相关的问题进行理论与实证研究,其成果涉及面广,诸如政府保护机制、公众参与、资金来源、保护方法等等,但仍然存在一些问题,研究成果有待进一步深化。

The Studying Summary of Historical and Cultural Heritage Protection in Government Perspective

Historical and cultural heritage contains a city＇s history and culture.However,due to natural or man-made reasons,many of the world cultural heritage has been damaged every year,particularly in recent years driven by urban construction.Based on this phenomenon,the governments and scholars from various countries have been trying hard from all sides to do the research,and the results involving many aspects,such as government protective mechanisms,public participation,funding sources,conservation methods,etc.But there are also some problems,needing us to deepen.
