| Abstract: | The nature and importance of route traffic safeguard demands that we should all the time stick to the guideline of placing safety in the most important position. In the work of route traffic safeguard, we will also fix the concept of the mass upon our minds, minimize the bad effect on road traffic and the people in large. Placing safety in the most important position and fixing the concept of the people upon our minds are both dialectically united. |
