| 摘 要： | 加强和改善党对企业工会的领导,是工会充分发挥作用的前提和保证(1)党委对工会和工会工作要有深刻认识,把工会工作摆上重要议事日程;(2)坚持依法治会,筑牢夯实工会组织的根基;(3)为工会充当坚强后盾,为工会充分发挥作用创造必要条件.
