| Abstract: | To strengthen the building of trade union leadership and government functionary is the organizational guarantee of tradeunion work. We should insist on the important thought of "Three Represent", emancipate the mind and renovate the concepts whilestrengthening the enterprise, sense of responsibility and consciousness of service, so as to improve the style of work of governmentfunctionary. |
