| 摘 要： | 文章综合我国宪法和各个部门法有关私有财产权保护的规定 ,概括出我国私有财产权法律保护体系五个方面的特点 ,即宪法保护的倾斜性与基本法保护的平等性、宪法保护客体的限定性与基本法保护客体的广泛性、私有财产权权利内容的不断扩展性、私法保护与公法保护的融合性、规范体例的不统一性与不完整性 ,并在此基础上提出了进一步完善保护体系的建议。
