用大兴批评与自我批评之风化解社会矛盾

当前社会矛盾激化的主要原因是利益分配不公和处置不当,党员领导干部中存在不适应、不符合科学发展观的思想观念。影响和制约科学发展的＂拦路虎＂和＂短板＂恰恰在于党员领导干部把寻找＂不适应、不符合科学发展观＂的目光都指向了别人,缺少自我批评。当前,我们要化解社会矛盾,就必须以思想教育、完善制度、集中整顿、严肃纪律为抓手,必须大兴批评与自我批评之风,从自己做起,在全党扎扎实实地开展批评与自我批评,下大力气解决突出问题。

Popularize Criticism and Self-criticism to Resolve Social Contradictions

The current intensification of social contradictions is mainly due to the unfair distribution of benefits and improper disposal,and also some ideas among the Party members and leading carders that don＇t adapt to or accord with scientific concept of development.In seeking the obstacle and ＇short board＇ that influence and constrain scientific development,the Party members and leading carders all fix their eyes on others and lack self-criticism.At present,if we want to resolve social contradictions,we must popularize criticism and self-criticism by starting with ourselves and make great efforts to solve outstanding problems.
