| 摘 要： | 区际要素流动与产业转移相辅相成,劳动力流动和资本流动对产业转移的影响是相反的,劳动力流动很大程度上阻碍了一个国蒙内部的区际产业转移和产业结构升级.包括"泛珠三角"区域合作的"九省二方"在内的我国省区间的要素流动和产业转移存在劳动力流动规模大、趋势强、资本反向流动、产业结构趋同化等特点和问题.在劳动力和资本自由流动的情况下,要顺利实现"泛珠三角"区域内的产业转移,实现产业结构整体优化和协调发展,需要合理引导区际要素流动.

| Abstract: | Regional flux of constituent and industrial transfer supplement each other, but it is contrary influence between flux of labors force and capital, to a great extent the flux of labors force may hinder regional industrial transfer and industrial structure upgrade in a country. There are some characteristics such as flux of labors force is broad in scope, and it has strong trend, the capital flow rightabout and industrial structure tend homology in inter-regional cooperation of Fan-delta of Zhujiang.Oal transfer can be achieved in the delta and industrial structure be optimized as a whole and developed coordinated, flux of regional constituent should be reasonable guided. |
