An Explanation of India-America Strategic Relation--from the Nuclear Agreement Perspective

India and America have negotiated on the issue of their nuclear-power and redefined their strategic relations, which come about the US-India Civilian Nuclear-power Technology Agreement. It is believed that this agreement plays a role in veering the direction that how the international nuclear-power mechanism works as well as in restructuring the global power distribution. Besides, it is of great importance that the agreement is in a direct or potential relation with China, though many contents in it need further clarifications.
