| Abstract: | The community trade union is an important helper in strengthening community administration innovation and the tie between the workers, common people and basic party branches.During the rapid transfor-mation period the community trade unions shall vigorously take part in the community administration in order to realize their goodness in community administration, community contradiction solving, public service providing which may help the forming of harmonious community. |
