| Abstract: | The staffs of trade unions are often in the frontier of coordinating conflicts between employers and the employee.They burden high social responsibility and confront various new problems, new conditions and hence are given heavy psychological pressure, which triggers them more and more psychological problems. This asks the trade union staffs enhancing the adaption ability so as to face various pressures, difficulties and or-deals. |
