摘    要:温岭的工资集体协商有其独特的成长过程与逻辑,它是通过民主恳谈这一利益协调机制来实现的。经过多年坚持不懈的推广与完善,企业、村(居、社区)、行业、区域性工资集体协商制度建设已形成了四轮联动,并形成了行业谈标准、区域谈底线、企业谈增幅的工资集体协商新模式。总结其经验和做法,可从中把握工资集体协商的一般规律。

Abstract:Collective wages consultation in Wenling has its own logic and process, which is through ear-nest democratic negotiation.Through years’ effort the 4 circle linkage system which includes employer, commu-nity, trade and regional collective consultation for wages.The consulting mode of ’ trade draft criteria, region draft foot line and employer draft promotion’ has been concluded.We may grasp the general principals in col-lective wages consultation on the basis of its experience and practice.
