国际劳动标准与我国执行现状

摘    要:本文从国际劳工公约的由来与发展出发,分别从立法层面与执行层面分析我国在五项核心劳工标准中的现状,其中包括废除强迫劳动、结社自由、组织工会和集体谈判权、消除剥削童工、消除就业歧视。通过对现状的分析,指出作为发展中国家、劳动密集型、以贴牌制造生产为主的中国在执行国际劳工标准上所面临的挑战,以及应对挑战的对策建议。

Abstract:The article will discuss about the current situation in five core standards for workers from the perspective of origin and development of the international workers' convention, including abolishment of slave labor, freedom of gathering, organizing the trade union, collective bargaining right, abolishment of exploiting young workers, and eliminating of occupation discrimination. The article are facing up to in the process of implementing the international standard intensive country and discuss on some countermeasures and advice. will also talk about the challenges we for workers as a developing and labor
