| 摘 要： | 我国治理模式目前正发生深刻变化,党的十八届三中全会所作《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,提出要创新社会治理体制。作为社会主体之一,工会参与创新社会治理,能够提升其社会资本,但它在此方面还存在诸多不足,只有通过自身改革,才能逐步转为能承担治理功能的重要社会组织。

| Abstract: | The administration module of our country are now deeply changing.The idea of social adminis-tration system innovation was proposed in the report named ’ Resolutions for a number of issues relating to deep-ening reform comprehensively’ .Being one of the social principals trade union could enhance its social capital. However the trade unions can undertake the post of administration function only through self reform which could overcome weakness inside themselves. |
