| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志指出,要用"三个代表"要求统领社会主义文化建设.企业文化建设是我国社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分,同样要坚持先进文化的前进方向,同样要置于"三个代表"统领之下.只有按"三个代表"要求来培育和创建企业文化,才能使企业文化与时代接轨,才能与时俱进站在当今时代潮流的前头,才可以称得上是先进的优秀的企业文化.

| Abstract: | Jiang Zemin pointed out to command socialist cultural construction in accordance with "Three Representations". Cultural construction of enterprises, which is an important part of our socialist cultural construction, persists in the forward direction of advanced culture as well as commanding under the "Three Representations". Only to train and develop the enterprises' culture, culture can meet with times, stand on the front of time tide, and be worthy of advanced culture of enterprises. |
