科技手段服务反腐倡廉建设之探究

时代的发展为反腐倡廉建设带来了崭新的机遇与挑战，“科技反腐”在实现权力制约与监督、动态监控、政务信息公开等方面都具有鲜明的优势，日渐成为新时期反腐倡廉工作开展的必然要求。但在当前反腐倡廉工作中，“科技反腐”的具体应用还存在诸多问题，必须通过财政合理投入、政务公开、预防体系构建、制度法规宣传等多种方式才能克服其弊端发挥其优势，将“科技反腐”的作用落到实处，使其真正服务于反腐倡廉工作。

Consequently, it becomes an inevitable choice in the work of anti-corruption in the new era. However, there still exist many problems in its specific applications in the fight against corruption. In order to make full use of ＂anti-cor- ruption by science and technology＂ and overcome its drawbacks in anti-corruption, a variety of countermeasures should be adopted such as reasonable investment, openness in the government affairs, the construction of prevention system as well as system propaganda. Only in this way can we fully take advantage of the function of technology and really make it serve the work of anti-corruption.
