长三角区域行政：形成、现状与前景

长三角区域行政的形成既得益于历史的影响和区位条件的便利,也得益于区域经济发展的推动,更与区域各地方政府的行政合作密不可分。目前长三角区域行政上的地方保护主义、“条块行政”还很严重、缺乏灵活有效的区域行政合作机制。上海要在区域行政发展中起“龙头”作用,面临许多的问题与挑战。因此,长三角区域行政的发展应采取折中的发展模式,积极理顺域内政府间关系,走区域行政一体化之路。

The Long Triangle Region Administration: Formation, Present Situation and Prospect

Regional administration formation of the Long Triangle benefited form not only historical influence and regional qualification advantages,but also regional economic development promotion as well as administrative cooperation of local governments in the region.At present,with serious local protectionism and "administrating each other",there is no flexible and effective regional administrative cooperation mechanism,so the city of Shanghai faces many problems and challenges to play the "leading role" in the regional administration.Therefore,the Long Triangle regional administration should put into practice the region administration integration,and straighten out relations among governments in the compromise developing model.
