黄炎培大职业教育主义研究

黄炎培先生于上世纪20年代后期提出的大职业教育主义理念,是黄炎培职业教育思想体系中一个重要的组成部分.大职业教育主义主张职业教育必须和普通教育相沟通,必须加强与职业的联络,必须和社会紧密联系.大职业教育主义所揭示的职业教育的教育本质、社会属性以及平民意识等观点,对当今职业院校的改革和发展有着现实的借鉴意义.我国职业教育必须与经济社会保持同步协调发展,走大众化和平民化的道路.

Research on Huang Yanpei's Grand Vocational Education

The theory of grand vocational education put forward by Huang Yanpei in late 20's of the 20th century is an important component in his ideological system of vocational education.The grand vocational education advocates the connection between general education and vocational education,the connection between vocational education and profession and the connection between vocational education and the society.It emphasizes working for the well being of common people and the development of personality.The idea of education nature,social property of vocational education and the idea of common people revealed by great vocational education can be taken as reference point in the development of contemporary vocational education.We must develop vocational education in coordination with social economy and adhere to the path of undertaking vocational education for common people.
