On Pattern Transformation of Local College's Social Research

It is an important problem for local college's social science research which be called "paper's GDP increase pattern" that pay more stress on paper's quantity while neglect quality,pay more stress on high input while neglect the quality of output.These problems restricted the development of local college's social science research.It is the inexorable trend to turn from "paper's GDP increase pattern" to "paper's GDP development pattern".We should perform management idea and assessment system to exert local college's important function in the course of Chinese economy and society construction.
