加强党的执政能力建设 提高政府公共服务水平

加强党的执政能力建设,把党建设成为立党为公、执政为民、科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的执政党是新时期对党提出的新要求。提高政府公共服务水平是党执政能力是否加强的重大体现,政府在履行公共服务职能时应根据党执政能力建设的目标要求,坚持“以人为本”;坚持科学的发展观,提倡公众参与;坚持依法行政,真正做到为人民服务,落实贯彻党的执政精神。
