As a just and effective method to maintain marketing economy, competition law possesses a quite important position in the countries with marketing economy. China's entering into WTO is important to the perfection of the competition legal system. By comparing the competition system and the differences thereof of China and the United States, the enlightenment obtained from the construction of legality in the marketing economy of American society can effectively boost the construction and perfection of the competition law of China.
