| Abstract: | With the development of social economy,standard form contract is applied comprehensively more and more in our daily life.However everything has two aspects.Though the system of standard form contract can enhance transaction speed and reduce the transaction cost,at the same time it brings quite a few problems.So it is an urgent task to complete our country's system of standard form contract. |
