| 摘 要： | 最高人民法院2002年12月公布的关于反倾销司法审查的司法解释,提高了中国反倾销司法审查制度的国际化水准,推动了采取反倾销措施程序的法制化进程。在中国司法审查程序上,第一次明确规定划分事实审查和法律审查的司法审查结构。

| Abstract: | In December 2002, the Supreme People's Court released the Regulation Regarding Several Issues on Applying the Laws in Adjudicating Anti-Dumping Administrative Cases. This raised to the international level our anti-dumping judicial censorship systems and pushed forward the anti-dumping legality pro-cess. It is the first time that this regulation stipulates clearly the difference between investigating facts and examining laws applied. |
