Abstract:Corporation M&A means not only convergence of substantial assets but also effective integration of corporate culture and human resource. Communication is a crucial activity in the process of corporation M&A. It is vital to the integration, merger and acquisition of corporations. All the aforesaid problems are discussed in this paper.
