| 摘 要： | 适应社会转型的需要 ,我国行政法制现代化进程不断加快 ,并逐步走向高效、民主、法治的轨道。我国行政法制的发展需解决如下问题 :加快完善行政法律体系 ;维护法制统一 ;健全公民参与机制 ;推动公共行政协调发展 ;推进电子政务建设 ,加快政府体制改革。

| Abstract: | The modernization process for China's administrative legal system is continuously quickening and has gradually gone into a highly efficient, democratic and legal track. The specific problems still to be addressed are speeding the perfection of the administrative law system, maintaining the unity of the legal system, strengthening the participation mechanism for all citizens, promoting the harmonious development of public administration, push forward the construction of e-government and advancing the reform of China's government system. |
