| 摘 要： | 从山东、河南和河北省的６个规模化肉牛场随机采肉牛血清８９份，直肠粪拭子１６５份，分别用微量细胞中和试验和双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ试剂盒检测牛病毒性腹泻粘膜病（ＢＶＤＭＤ）的抗体和抗原。诊断结果：ＢＶＤＭＤ中和抗体阳性率为４６．２％～６５．０％；ＢＶＤＭＤ病毒抗原阳性检出率为５．１％～７７．２％。从而证实我国中原地区肉牛群中存在有ＢＶＤＭＤ。

| Abstract: | Eighty-nine serum specimens and 165 rectum stool swabs were randomly sampled from bovine herds on 6 beef cattle farms in Shandong, Henan and Hebei provinces for examining the neutralization antibodies to bovine viral diarrhea mucosal disease (BVD MD) and the BVD MD virus antigens by means of a microdosage cell neutralization test and a double antibodies sandwich ELISA kit respectively. The diagnostic result revealed that the BVD MDV neutralization antibodies positive detectable rates ranged from 46.2 percent to 65.0 percent, and the BVD MDV antigens positive detectable rates were 5.4 percent to 77.2 percent, which confirmed that BVD MD has existed in beef cattle herds at the Zhongyuan regions, China. |
