| 摘 要： | 中国的资本项目目前尚处于较为严格的管制状态之下。随着经济与金融全球化的不断发展,我国应在时机成熟时,适当、逐步开放资本项目,以实现金融市场的国际接轨。本文调查了我国资本项目开放的现状,并对未来的开放步骤进行了探讨。
