| Abstract: | High-tech local war is the main mode of operations in the future military struggle, and the Party has entrusted to the military political work the task of providing strong spiritual impetus to win the future wars. According to the requirement of the future high-tech local war, it is undoubtedly a strategic question with both the theoretical and practical significance to explore the inner needs, the outer generation and the time's connotation of the suitable spiritual impetus of soldiers. |
