| Abstract: | The procuratorial personnel need to establish essential notions of governing the state in accordance with the law,en- forcing the law for the people,impartiality and justice,serving overall situation,and leading of the Party in the education of the socialism notion of the rule of law to lay idealistic foundation for strict,impartial and disinterested law enforcement.In addition, it should integrate the socialism notion of the rule of law with procuratorial training course,propagandizing work and procurato- rial practice. |
