| 摘 要： | 全球性的生态危机日益严重是我国生态文明建设提出的时代背景,构建生态社区是推进生态文明建设的一项重要而基础性的工作。以中国石化管道公司徐州基地社区建设的实践经验为例,生态社区建设必须保护生态环境、普及生态文明观念、推广生态文明行为,构建生态宜居社区、可持续发展社区,营造全民共享社区。

| Abstract: | The construction of ecological civilization is put forward in china based on the background of increasingly serious global ecological crisis. We analyze historical transformation of the community and ecological community in China. With practice of community construction conducted by SINOPEC PSTC＇s Xuzhou Base, from the angles of protection of ecological environment,dissemination of ecological civilization concept,and promotion of ecological civilization behavior,we conclude that constructing ecological livable communities, sustainable development community and building communal community are the important ways in the construction of ecological civilization in China. |
