| 摘 要： | 交通事故现场照片是为了体现和反映交通事故的直观状况、记录现场、提取痕迹而拍摄的图像。与使用传统相机拍摄相比,使用数码相机拍摄现场照片同样具有法律效力,而且使用更方便、可以减少基层单位的行政费用,为交通事故处理信息化、一体化奠定基础。因此,可以推广使用数码相机拍摄交通事故现场照片。

| Abstract: | Traffic accident scene photograph can record the actual scene and marks.Photographs shooting by digital camera possess the same legal validity with traditional camera,have more convenient operation and lighten foundation units administration expenses.It lays a foundation for traffic accident treatment toward integration and information.Therefore,it is helpful to shoot traffic accident scene photographs by digital camera. |
