| 摘 要： | 加强队伍建设是一项长期、艰巨的任务,要真正从根本上解决公安机关存在的问题,必须探索建立队伍管理的长效机制。本文认为,必须把队伍建设中的盲点、热点和难点作为建立队伍管理长效机制的重点,进而巩固和发展“三项教育”成果,提高队伍素质和战斗力。

| Abstract: | To improve the police troops' work is a long - lasting and arduous task. It is necessary to probe into the establishment of enduringly effective mechanisms so as to thoroughly solve the problem in police organs. This paper proposes that the blind or difficult spot and central issue in the improvement of the loops should be taken as the focal point, and then sthenghthen and develop the achievement of Three Educations to improve the quality and combat effectiveness of the troops. |
