We should foster the specialists, pay more attention to the specialists, use highly the specialists, translate the mass enthusiasm, build an educated team which fulfills with firm creation and vitality. The work must arrive at the efficient achievement. Theory of moral education must be perfect and flourishing. The way must be creative, the whole building must form a big development.
