| 摘 要： | 根据1995~2001年的统计资料,股份制商业银行的效益远高于国有独资商业银行,其原因是股份制商业银行的经营能力和获利能力总体上远高于国有独资商业银行。因此,应进一步强化国有独资商业银行的市场化改革,提高效益,增强竞争力。

| Abstract: | According to the statistical data between 1995 and 2001, the profit rate for the commercial banks with stock system is quite higher than that of state owned ones. The reason for this fact might be explained as a higher capability of business and profit making for the commercial banks with stock system if compared with the state owned ones. As a result, we ought to strengthen the reform of the state owned commercial banks toward market orientation in order to promote their effectiveness and competitive power. |
