区域性基础教育均衡发展的实证研究——基于广州市教育发展现状的调查

根据广州市基础教育发展的实际，按照基础教育的层次结构，分别对广州12个区包括县级市的小学教育、初中教育、高中教育的发展水平进行比较分析。调查结果显示，广州市在推进基础教育均衡发展方面取得了一定的成绩，例如基础教育的升学率和教师学历的达标率方面基本趋于平衡，适龄儿童的就学权利得到了有力保障，基础教育普及水平显著提高。但在区域间辍学率、区域间教师职称和办学条件方面存在差距。
