| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是我们党为了应对经济社会发展遇到的新问题而提出的重大战略思想。科学发展观的理论和指导作用在贯彻实践中不断显现,并由此引发了自身地位的不断提升,经过短短10年的实践便被确立为党的指导思想。科学发展观进一步发展了中国特色社会主义发展理论、马克思主义关于人的发展理论、以社会为本的发展理论、马克思主义执政党的建设理论,而且它的内涵具有系统性、逻辑性,它的理念易于接受,实践成效显著,遵循了马克思主义中国化的基本规律。这些特点集中体现了科学发展观的理论具有创新性、系统性、逻辑性和科学性。

| Abstract: | Scientific Outlook on Development is a great strategic thought put forward by our party in response to the new problems in the economic and social development of our country.Its theoretical and guiding role is becoming more and more obvious,and its status is rising.It has been established as the party＇s guiding ideology after ten years of practice.Through in-depth comparative study and analysis of related literatures,this article analyses the characteristics of the Scientific Outlook on Development.The study of the status changing of Scientific Outlook on Development will provide beneficial reference for the future growth of scientific theory. |
