论军队思想政治教育的环境建设

当今,军队内外环境的变化和强军目标的提出,对军队思想政治教育提出了新的更高要求。军队思想政治教育的环境不断呈现出的新情况、新问题,使军队思想政治教育面临巨大的挑战和机遇。要充分发挥思想政治教育的导向、熏陶和制约的功能,增强军队思想政治教育的时代性、感召力和实效性,必须从教育理念、手段、平台等方面,强化军队思想政治教育的环境建设。

On the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in the Army

Nowadays,the change of environment both inside and outside the army and the declaration of the target of strengthening the army,require new and higher standard for the ideological and political construction in the army.The rising new situations and problems in the Army ideological and political education environment bring great opportunities and challen-ges.We should bring into full play the oriental,influential,and restrict functions of ideological and political education environ-ment,strengthen the environment construction from the educational concept,means,platform and other aspects.
